In just 5 minutes, a handful of fresh basil, Parmesan cheese, raw almonds, garlic, and extra-virgin olive oil come together in a food processor to create a silky-smooth sauce bursting with herbal freshness and nutty depth

It's versatile too—toss it with warm pasta, spread it on toasted bread, or serve alongside a crisp salad. To store, simply spoon any leftover pesto into a jar, drizzle with olive oil, and refrigerate to preserve that vibrant green color.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups fresh basil leaves

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup whole raw almonds

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil, or more as needed

  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled

  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt

  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Directions:

Use a food processor to blend all of the ingredients except the olive oil. Once blended, drizzle the olive oil until well mixed. Store any leftovers!
